We first met Harry as one of the certified "Complimentary Guidance" providers in Introduction to Real ITSM. Sadly Harry has neverr paid the certification fee (the cheque bounced just after the book went to press) and even Lou and Stan have been unable to locate Harry so the certification will be withdrawn. Nevertheless Harry's Hot Autos makes an excellent case study in Real ITSM Compliance, despite the fact that the assessment bill also remains unpaid.
